Zucchini And Salmon Casserole

Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini, 1/4 inch slices

1 c. chopped onion

1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cans (6 oz.) drained tuna or salmon In separate bowl mix:3 eggs

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. salt

1 1/2 c. Bisquick

1/8 c. milk

Instructions

Add all ingredients together. Spread in 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes..
