Zesty Spinach Salad
- 1 10 ozs. package fresh spinach
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into slices
- ½ cup peeled and thinly sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup bottled light balsamic vinegar dressing
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- Rinse spinach and pat dry.
- Toss spinach in large salad bowl with orange slices, onion, and balsamic dressing.
- Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Top with walnuts, if desired.
