Yummy Coconut Bars

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 7 oz plain chocolate candy bar
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

STEP BY STEP:

 

  1. Mix the graham crumbs, butter & sugar
  2. Greased a 13x9x2″ pan; bake at 350° for 10 minutes
  3. Combine coconut, milk & pecans in other bowl, spread over the warm cooked crust
  4. Return to oven & bake for an additional 15 minutes, set aside
  5. For Chocolate topping : Melt candy bar & peanut butter over low heat then spread over cooled bars & allow topping to set.
