Yellow Squash-Zucchini Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-size yellow squash, chopped
  • 4 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese, cubed
  • 1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese, cubed
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  1. Saute’ first 3 ingredients in butter in Dutch oven until crisp-tender
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until blended and thoroughly heated
