Ingredients

  • 2 raw chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 T. sugar
  • 2 T. water
  • bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar and water, pour over chicken pieces, marinate 2 hours or more.
  2. Skewer on bamboo skewers and broil or grill 7 to 8 minutes, turning twice.
