Wilted Spinach Salad


3/4 pound fresh spinach, cleaned, patted between paper towels and torn in bite sized pieces
4 slices bacon
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar


Place spinach in salad bowl. Fry bacon until crisp. Add vinegar and heat through. Remove from heat. Add Spinach and onions. Sprinkle with sugar salt and pepper. Toss until spinach is wilted.
Makes 4-6 servings.
