1 lb. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 pint cottage cheese
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 large carton whipped topping
In a microwave safe bowl, combine marshmallows and milk. Place in microwave and heat, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are dissolved. Add cottage cheese and cram cheese. Mix until cream cheese is blended.
Drain and add pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges. Add whipped topping and blend well. Chill and enjoy!
