White Chocolate Chip Brownies
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup dry cocoa powder
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup chopped, toasted macadamia nuts
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter, softened
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and sugar. Whisk together well and set aside. In a medium bowl beat together butter and eggs. Pour into flour mixture and beat well. Fold in nuts and chips.
Pour batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 35 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
