Whipped Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4-oz) butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1-1/2 Cups milk
  • 1 pkg whipped topping mix, prepared
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8-inch) baked pastry shell
  • 8 pecans halves
  1. Combine instant pudding and milk. Beat at low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Reserve 1/2 C. whipped topping. Fold remaining whipped topping and chopped pecans into pudding. Spoon into pastry shell
  3. Garnish with reserved whipped topping and pecan halves
  4. Chill 2-3 hours
