Weight Watchers Butterscotch-Peanutbutter Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers–crushed to crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp reduced calorie margarine
  • 1 pkg sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup chunky (lite) peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup Cool Whip lite
  1. Prepare crust with crumbs and margarine. Press into a 9 ” pie pan
  2. Bake 8 minutes
  3. Prepare pudding as directed, add peanut butter,stir and cool. Stir in Cool Whip and pour mix into prepared shell
  4. Spread mixture over crust and refrigerate 1 hour before serving
