Vinegar Sugar Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix the margarine, eggs, vinegar, sugar, flour and vanilla in a bowl until well-blended.
  3. Bake the pie for about 1 hour at 325 degrees. Check the pie a few minutes before the hour. The filling should be light brown when it is done.
  4. Allow the pie to cool before cutting into slices.
