Veggie Pizza Snack


  • 2 packages refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, original
  • 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
  • carrots, red bell pepper, broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • chopped or diced ripe olives
  1. Unroll the rolls, seal seams and fit into ungreased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan as a large flat crust. Bake as per package directions. Cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix, and mayonnaise and spread on top of the cooled crust. Top with vegetable pieces. Press lightly with palm of hand into the cheese mixture.
  3. Refrigerate. Cut and serve.
