Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

1 2 1/2 can French cut green beans

1 ” can LeSuere peas

1 ” can peg corn

1 c. diced celery

1 medium onion (diced)

1 small jar pimiento

1 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

Instructions

Drain vegetables and mix together with 1/2 c. salad oil, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar. Heat to boiling and pour over vegetables. Cover. Let stand 24 hours.
