Veg-All Italian Soup
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup diced onion
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
Melt butter in large pan. Stir in onion and cabbage. Heat 2 minutes. Add water, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in Veg-All, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes.
