Tuscan Tomato Tart

1 (9-in.) refrigerated pie crust
2 medium red, yellow and/or orange tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
1 package (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°. Bake pie crust according to package directions; let cool on rack. Decrease heat to 425°.
Meanwhile, pour Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing over tomatoes in medium bowl and marinate 10 minutes; set aside.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese into pie crust, then top with 1/2 of the tomatoes. Repeat layers, reserving 1 tablespoon cheese for topping. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with reserved 1 tablespoon cheese and basil.
