Turkey (or Chicken) Tetrazzini

One 12 ounce box spaghetti
2 cups cooked cubed turkey or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1/2 cup cream
1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese for top of casserole
1 medium onion chopped
8 ounce jar mushrooms drained (or 1 box fresh)
3 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil 

Saut‚ onion in olive oil; add mushrooms and garlic, and saut‚. Add soup, broth, cream, cook until well blended. Add cheese. Place cooked and drained spaghetti in casserole, pour sauce over spaghetti and add chicken, mix, sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10.
