3 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise

1 egg white

2 6-oz cans of tuna, drained and flaked

12 saltine crackers, finely crushed

2 scallions

1) Combine all ingredients.

2) Coat a nonstick skillet with spray

and place over moderate heat. Cook

burgers for about 3 minutes, then

flip and cook other side

(1 g Dietary Fiber; 120 calories; 2 g Fat; 11 g Carbs)
