Ingredients
- 8-ounce (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2-cup (125 ml) canned tuna, drained
- 1/4-cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1-tsp (5 ml) tarragon
- pinch of pepper
- 1/4-cup (60 ml) toasted almonds
- In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix to a firm paste.
- Shape into 24 balls. Roll in toasted almonds. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve.
