Tuna Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8-ounce (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2-cup (125 ml) canned tuna, drained
  • 1/4-cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1-tsp (5 ml) tarragon
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/4-cup (60 ml) toasted almonds
  1. In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix to a firm paste.
  2. Shape into 24 balls. Roll in toasted almonds. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Serve.
