Truesunn’s Dried Beef Log
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 2 1/2 oz. pkg dried beef, finely snipped
- Blend cream cheese and horseradish. Stir in onions.
- On waxed paper, shape mixture into two 6″ rolls. Wrap and chill several hours or over night.
- Roll in snipped beef.
