Tropical Raspberry Salad

1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing
6 cups baby spinach leaves
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained
1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, toasted
Toss 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing with spinach in serving bowl or on platter. Top with pineapple, kiwi and red onion.
To serve, drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Serve, if desired with additional Dressing.
