Tropical Drop Candy

Ingredients

12 oz pkg (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1/2 cup chopped banana chips or dried pineapple

 

 

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt chocolate

chips in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring

constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend

well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined

cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Store in airtight container. Makes 24 candies
