Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 4-oz. can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 4-oz. can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • 5 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  1. To make filling, mix first eight ingredients together thoroughly
  2. Divide the filling and spread evenly over entire surface of tortillas
  3. Tightly roll up tortillas. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends; refrigerate for several hours
  4. Unwrap; cut into slices 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
