TorchBearer Creamy and Zippy Spinach Dip



  • 2 – 10 oz boxes frozen, chopped spinach thawed and moisture pressed out
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic finely sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 TBS oil
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 2 TBS TorchBearer Super Fancy Sultry Sauce #7
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Over medium heat, melt oil and butter in a pan. Cook the onion and garlic in pan. Add thawed spinach, salt and pepper and TorchBearer Super Fancy Sultry Sauce #7 and mix. Finally, slowly add cream cheese to pan and stir until it looks creamy. Optional: You can replace the frozen spinach with 2 bags of fresh baby leaf spinach if desired.
