Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar El Paso thick and chunky salsa (medium or hot)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno
  • pepper (optional)
  1. Put drained tomatoes into blender and puree. Add the salsa, onion and seasonings until well blended.
