Tomato Basil Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Chicken Gravy
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, drained and cut up
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1. Coat chicken with flour.
2. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 15 minutes or until chicken is browned and no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add gravy, tomatoes, basil and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Stir in cheese. Serve over chicken. Serves 4.
