Toasted Sesame Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
- Pour soy sauce over cream cheese block in small dish, turning over several times to coat all sides.
- Cover; refrigerate 2 hours, turning cheese block over often.
- Remove block from soy sauce and roll in sesame seed.
