Thai Style Risotto


  • 2 cups of Thai style jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped shallots (purple onions)
  • 1 tablespoon of red prik ki nu (birdseye or dynamite chilis) sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of green prik ki nu, sliced
  1. Place the rice in the cooker.  Stir fry the other ingredients. Add the ingredients to the cooker, and switch on.
  2. When the cooking time is finished, the dish is ready to serve.
