Texas Fudge

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cans green chilies
  • 10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  1. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with Pam.
  2. Layer Cheddar cheese, green chilies and Monterey Jack cheese. Cover with the well beaten eggs.
  3. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Cut into small squares.
