Tart Lemon Cream Frosting
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, cream butter. Add lemon rind and blend well. Gradually add powdered sugar alternately with lemon juice, beating until smooth. Makes enough to frost 2 cake layers.
