Tangy Seafood Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flaked canned fish, crabmeat, lobster or shrimp
  • 3 Tblsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tblsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 3 Tblsp. horseradish
  • 32 toast points or party rye slices
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Drain canned fish, remove any shell or cartilage from shellfish.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, celery & fish. Blend into a paste.
  3. Combine butter & horseradish.
  4. Spread horseradish mixture on toast points.
  5. Top with fish mixture.
