INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 3 1/2 cup tangerine purée
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup

STEP BY STEP:

 

  1. In a food processor purée the tangerines until smooth. Strain the purée and add the lemon juice, sugar and corn syrup, whisking until sugar is dissolved
  2. Process in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
