Tamarind Juice


  • 3 oz/75g/1/2 cup Dried Tamarind
  • 8 fl. oz/225 ml/1 cup Water
  1.  Soak the Tamrind in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Squeeze well to draw out all the pulp.
  3. Strain and use a srequired  (By adjusting the amount of water you can change the consistency)
