Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

2-1/4 lb. dark orange sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2″ pieces

1 cup peach pie filling

2 Tbsp. melted butter

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Spray a 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place sweet potatoes in the crockpot. Add pie filling, melted butter, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. 10 servings
