Sweet potato pie


300 g flour
150 g butter
1 egg
½ baking powder
1 tbs sour cream
½ kg sweet potato
4 eggs
400 ml sour cream
salt, pepper, nutmeg


Make a pastry of flour with baking powder, butter, egg, salt and sour cream. Spread in the pie mold.
Cook sweet potato in salted water. Make a puree. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add nuttmeg, sour cream and mushed potato. Pour over pastry and bake in preheated oven (200°C) 35-40 min. Sprinkle with cheese.
