Sweet Potato Cobbler

Ingredients

Use 2 refrigerated pie crusts

2 baking size sweet potatoes

1 1/4 c. sugar

1 tbsp. flour

1 c. water

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. butter or oleo

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

Spray dish with Pam. Line with 1 crust. Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices in crust. Combine sugar and flour. Add salt, water and nutmeg. Cut butter into pieces over mixture. Cover with other crust. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
