Sweet butternut with walnuts


200 grams flour
200 ml sour cream
500 g butternut squash
100 g walnuts
150 g sugar
2 tbs butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Make a dough of flour and water. Make 4 thin leaves.
Bake butternut squash and combine the puree with sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon. Fill the leaves, arrange them on buttered pan, cover with sour cream and bake 40 min.
