Super Quick Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Real Lemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • Few drop of yellow food coloring
  • Whipped topping or whipped cream
  1. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring
  2. Pour into prepared crust
  3. Chill 3 hours or until set
  4. Top with whipped topping. Garnish as desired
  5. Refrigerate leftovers
