Sunshine In A Cloud Sweet Potato
- 16 oz. canned sweet yams (or boil and peel if you like’m fresh)
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup marshmellows
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven 325.
- Blend yams until smooth. Mix yams, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sugar in bowl. Spread into 9×9 glass baking dish. Bake for 15 min.
- Top with marshmellows. Bake for additional 10 min or until marchmellows are lightly browned on top.
