2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups butter, softened (no substitutes)
1 cup Clabber Girl Cornstarch
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Combine all cookie ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes).
Divide dough in half. Shape each half into an 8×1-inch roll. Wrap in plastic food wrap and refrigerate until firm (1 to 2 hours).
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. With sharp knife, start cutting each roll into 1/4-inch slices. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until set. (Cookies will not brown.) Cool completely before frosting.

Combine all ingredients in small mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until fluffy (1 to 2 minutes.) Frost cooled cookies.
