Streusel Filled Coffee Cake
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon soft margarine
2/3 cup margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Combine sugar, cinnamon and cocoa with margarine until well blended; set aside.
Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until well blended and fluffy. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Spread half of batter into a greased 9 inch tube pan. Cover with filling mixture, Spread with rest of batter to cover filling.
Bake in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
