Strawbery delight


300 ml whipping cream
3 sheets of gelatine
100 ml milk
1 cup chestnut puree
100 g sugar
200 ml orange juice
small strawberries, cherries..
1 strawberry jello
thin chocolade cookies


Disolve jello in 1 cup hot water, add 200 ml orange juice.
Disolve gelatine in cold water, then cook in 100 ml milk with sugar. Cool.Combine whipped cream with cold milk with gelatine. In one part add chestnut paste, smear the cream on cookies.
Put the white cream on it and arrange fruits on the cream. Pour the strawberry jello over fruit.
