1 c. flour
1/4 c. honey
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
Mix together. Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Press 2/3 crumbs in bottom of 13x9x2 pan. 2 egg whites
2 c. sliced strawberries (*10 oz. frozen berries, thawed)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 – 3/4 c. honey
Combine egg whites, berries and lemon juice. Beat at high speed 10 minutes (slowly add honey). Whip cream; fold into berries. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours. Serves 12.
