Strawberry Salad – 2 Ww Points


2 (.3oz) pkgs strawberry sugar-free gelatin

1-1/2 cups boiling water

2 cups strawberries, sliced

1 (15-1/4oz) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained

1/4 cup chopped pecan

1 cup low-fat sour cream

Cooking spray

Curly leaf lettuce leaves


Combine gelatin and boiling water in a bowl;stir until gelatin dissolves. Add strawberries;chill 30 minutes or until partially set. Add pineapple and pecans;stir well. Spread half of gelatin mixture evenly into an 8 inch square pan coated with cooking spray;chill slightly. Stir sour cream into remaining gelatin mixture;spread evenly into pan. Chill 20 minutes or until set. Cut into squares, and serve on lettuce leaves.
