Strawberry Cream Filling
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
In a medium mixing bowl beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Top each cake layer with 1/2 filling mixture and 3/4 cup strawberries.
Filling tops 2 9-inch layers.
