Spinach Salad – 3 Ww Points

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Vegetable oil

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

2 teaspoons cider vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds

8 cups fresh spinach — torn

3 green onions — sliced

3 large bananas — cut in 1/2″ slices

1/2 Cup slivered almonds — toasted

2 pints strawberries — cut in 1/2″ slices

Instructions

Place the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until the sugar is dissolved. Add the poppy seeds, process just until blended. In a salad bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Makes 12 servings.
