Spinach Berry Pita Pocket Recipe

  • 4 cups fresh spinach, washed and torn
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 cup green grapes, cut in half
  • ½ cup fat-free Ranch dressing
  • 4 whole-wheat pita pocket bread
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  1. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, strawberries, and grapes.
  2. Add dressing; mix well.
  3. Cut the pita pockets in half and stuff with salad.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
