- 4 cups fresh spinach, washed and torn
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 1 cup green grapes, cut in half
- ½ cup fat-free Ranch dressing
- 4 whole-wheat pita pocket bread
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- In a medium bowl, mix spinach, strawberries, and grapes.
- Add dressing; mix well.
- Cut the pita pockets in half and stuff with salad.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
