2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 pkg. any stuffing mix with seasoning
12 egg whites (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup melted margarine (may use low fat)
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix thawed spinach and stuffing; set aside. Mix the rest together, then both mixtures together; chill. Form in balls.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes on cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
