Spicy-sweet grilled potatoes


0.5 kg red sweet potatoes

2 teaspoons canola oil

1 tsp chilli sauce

Salt and pepper


In a large pot boil water and cook potatoes for 10 minutes. Peel and cut them into thick slices. Combine oil, salt and chilli peppar and spread on one side of potato slices and put the slices on the grill. Bake for 5 min, then turn them over and bake for another 5 min.
