Spicy Fried Chicken Wings


  • 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. blackened seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 10 chicken wings
  • Wesson oil
  1. In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine first 7 ingredients, ending with brown sugar. Seal tightly, shake vigorously until well blended and sugar is dissolved
  2. Place chicken in bag; reseal bag, toss chicken in marinade to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Turn chicken several times
  3. Fill deep fry pot or electric skillet to no more than half it’s depth with Wesson oil. Heat oil.
  4. Working in batches, fry wings for 7 minutes or until juices run clear
  5. Drain on paper towels
