6 lean, boneless pork chops 2 cans hominy, drained 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk Garlic powder, salt % 26 pepper to taste |

Batter: Lightly beat eggs and milk together. Mix flour and bread crumbs together. Dip each chop in egg mix. Then in flour mix. Fry in 1/2 cup oil, about 20 minutes or until done. Drain on paper towels. Pour hominy in same skillet with drippings and add seasonings. Fry about 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. When golden brown remove and drain on paper towel. Serve both hot. |
